The purpose of this policy is to maintain an updated and organized “Service Based” bulletin board for Vista Ridge HOA Community Center Members and Affiliate Members.  Due to the limited space and the increasing number of Member provided services, it is our goal to present this well controlled board to provide information about the surrounding area and services within that and this community.

This policy is subject to change.  Those changes will be posted on the Board, available at the Community Center front desk and on the webpage for the Community Center, www.vrhoa.com.   The following stipulations apply to those flyers posted.

Advertisements and flyers posted on the Community Center Bulletin Board Must:

   1. Be no larger than 5 x 7

   2. Reflect a service provided by an individual member of Vista Ridge

   3. Be clear and easy to read

   4. Include Vista Ridge  Homeowner’s name and phone number

   5. Be approved by Community Center Administration

   6. Be updated as needed

Examples of Acceptable Advertisements and Flyers Include:

   1. Lawn mowing, dog walking, pet-sitting and other related services

   2. Babysitting and daycare services

   3. Physician and medical services

Examples of Unacceptable Advertisements and Flyers Include:

   1. Real Estate Sales

   2. Items for Sale

   3. Advertisements for products i.e., Mary Kay, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, etc.

To post a flyer or advertisement, the person posting must be a Member or an Affiliate Member of the Vista Ridge HOA Community Center.  If the person is not currently a Member, they must present the following:

    * A Purchase Contract with their name and the builder's name stating that a contract on a home is pending.

    * A Warranty Deed with their name and the builder's name stating that they have purchased a home and live in Vista Ridge.

    * A paid Affiliate Membership for those who qualify.

All advertisements and flyers are posted at the sole discretion of the Community Center Administration and must be approved by the administration before posting. Any advertisement that is not pre approved will be taken down if not within the Bulletin Board Policy.

Any advertisement or flyer that appears to be an “outside” solicitation will not be posted.  An “outside” solicitation is defined as:  “any advertisement that appears to be an item or service advertised through a specific company or person not in relation to the Vista Ridge Community.

All advertisements will be posted for 30 days.
