Guest Privileges Policy
Vista Ridge Community Center Members are welcome to bring guests to the Community Center at a cost of $3.00 per guest, per day for any guest over the age of 3. Host members are allowed to bring no more than 6 guests per day per household unless being used in conjunction with a rental within the Community Center.
Guest passes may be purchased for guests that are staying a week or for a month, no more than 6 of these passes may be purchased per household per year. Homeowners and their guest must both be present when purchasing these passes.
Guests of members visiting for the day must purchase a wristband at the front desk before using the facility. Guests that are staying for a week or month must present their pass at the front desk along with a valid picture ID before using the facility.
Rain Policy- If inclement weather occurs up to 45 minutes after guests arrive they will be refunded the price of their guest fee.
VRHOACC – Vista Ridge Home Owners Association Community Center
WeeklyPass: A weekly pass can be purchased for any guest that is staying with a Community Center Member for a week (Seven days), no more than 6 of these passes may be purchased per household per year. To purchase this pass, the VRHOACC Member must be present, the guest must present identification and/or proof that he or she is from out of town. Guest residency must be no closer than 50 miles to Vista Ridge. The guest must then fill out a Guest Waiver Release Form and be given a copy of the Rules and Regulations. A weekly pass can be purchased for the cost of $15.00. Valid identification must be provided along with this pass upon entering the Community Center.
MonthlyPass: A monthly pass can be purchased for any guest that is staying with a Community Center Member for a month (thirty days), no more than 6 of these passes may be purchased per household per year. To purchase this pass, the VRHOACC Member must be present, the guest must present identification and/or proof that he or she is from out of town. Guest residency must be no closer than 50 miles to Vista Ridge. The guest must then fill out a Guest Waiver Release Form and be given a copy of the Rules and Regulations. A monthly pass can be purchased for the cost of $30.00. Valid identification must be provided along with this pass upon entering the Community Center.
CaregiverPass: A pass can be purchased for any person that is staying with a Community Center Member as a caregiver for the Members Children. Caregiver passes are valid for one calendar year and there can only be one outstanding pass per household. To purchase this pass, the VRHOACC Member must be present; the caregiver must present identification, proof that he or she is living with the Member or a written statement from the member that the caregiver will be taking care of their children. In order for the caregiver to use the facilities the VRHOACC Member and or the member’s children must be present at ALL times. The caregiver must then fill out a Guest Waiver Release Form and be given a copy of the Rules and Regulations. A caregiver pass can be purchased for the cost of $25.00.
Extended Family Guest Pass: Perfect for grandkids or other relatives that are close to home but visit often. This guest pass is per person and good for one calendar year and can be purchased for $25.00. The Extended Family Guest Pass is available for persons over the age of 3. Pass holder must be present with a VRCC member to obtain guest pass ID. Pass holder must be present with VRCC member to use the facilities. The pass holder must then fill out a Guest Waiver Release Form and be given a copy of the Rules and Regulations. (Parent or guardian must fill out the waiver form for minors.)
Punch Pass: 12 Guest passes for $28.00 ($2.33 a guest pass)
Guests are required to be informed, knowledgeable, and comply with all of the Community Center rules and policies It is the hosting Members responsibility to educate their guests on these rules. Any guest who violates any rule may be asked to leave the facility. Excessive, blatant or frequent violation of any rule will result in permanent loss of guest privileges.
During major holiday celebrations we ask that you limit your guests i.e. Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. |
