E-MAIL POLICY

     
  The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the Vista Ridge HOA Community Center Members who sign up to receive e-mails from our Administration, only receive notifications, announcements, and other messages directly related to the Community Center or Vista Ridge Community itself.

Email notifications, announcements, and other messages will be sent out only by Vista Ridge HOA Community Center Administration. Such emails may be sent out at the request of the Vista Ridge HOA Board of Directors, Management Specialists or a person representing Management Specialists, or at the discretion of the Community Center Administration. No emails shall be sent out at the request of Homeowners, Members or other outside organizations.

Homeowners and Vista Ridge Community Center members may only submit personal announcements, notifications and other messages via the Vista Ridge Discussion Board.

Any questions in regards to this policy may be directed to the Vista Ridge Community Center staff.

This policy is subject to change. Any changes will be posted on the Community Center bulletin board, be available at the Community Center Front Desk and posted on the Community Center’s website at www.vrhoa.com
