As the industry leader, MSI recognizes the importance of quality control and employs a full-tim e Quality Control Coordinator/Trainer. MSI provides training and education to our Boards of Directors and Developer Client Staff in our training facility.
All Community managers are trained extensively through a classroom-type setting in Association management prior to assuming community responsibilities, and they receive an HOA industry designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). This designation is received after extensive testing by the Community Associations Institute.
Supervisors also monitor work to assure quality and identify training needs, and each year a questionnaire is sent to all Boards of Directors requesting input and suggestions to improve our services.
