Community Center Rentals
Community Center Members have the great privilege to rent out one of our rooms inside; the Community Room or the Board Room as well as our outdoor pavilion during the warmer months.
The following applies to room rentals:
We do not pencil in dates. THE Renter only gets exclusive use of the area they reserve. All rentals are on a first come first serve basis and subject to availability. Members who rent out a room must be present for the entire duration OF THE rental.
In order to rent the Community Room, Board Room and Outdoor pavilion our use agreement must be filled out entirely and a security deposit must be received.
Refrigerator space is not guaranteed!
NO RENTALS ARE ALLOWED AT THE SKYLINE POOL FACILITY.

The Community Room:
Set up to comfortably seat 48 people.
$300 security deposit**
$95 for first two hours
$50 per hour for any portion of an hour thereafter.
The Board Room:
Set up to comfortably seat 24 people.
$100 security deposit**
$50 for first two hours
$20 per hour for any portion of an hour thereafter
The Outdoor Pavilion:
Set up to comfortably seat 30 people.
$50 security deposit**
$35 for the first two hours
$15 for any portion of an hour thereafter
Six hour maximum.
