All Homeowners at Vista Ridge are subject to the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction for Vista Ridge. The Associationprovides certain services to Vista Ridge Homeowners including;

1) the maintenance and management of the HOA Community Center, tot lots, and certain other common facilities;

2) administrative duties such as architectural review, enforcement of protective covenants, along with the levy and collection of assessments;

3) and trash removal.

MSI is contracted to assist your Board of Directors in managing the Association.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Homeowners Association, contact  your Community Manager, at 303-420-4433 or.  As Managing Agent we are the primary contact for homeowner questions and will be happy to respond to your inquiries and communicate with your Board of Directors if necessary.
