Snow Removal in Vista Ridge

 

 

Please be aware of the following information regarding snow removal in Vista Ridge.

Residents should know that their streets are not plowed by the HOA. Streets in Vista Ridge are plowed by the Town of Erie Public Works Department and the majority of the time only primary routes will be plowed by them. Residents should contact the Town of Erie Public Works Department at (303) 926-2870 with any questions regarding snow removal of streets in Vista Ridge.  VRHOA currently only provides snow removal (after 2 inches of accumulation) for the Community Center and one small area\park in John Laing Homes. In 2007 VRHOA will maintain two additional areas (park\tot lot) on Hickory Drive, all other parks are maintained by the builders and their contact information is on the trash containers at those parks.  Sidewalks along Vista Parkway, Mt. View, Skyline and Sunset are maintained by the Metro District, you can contact the Vista Ridge Parks & Open Space Manager at 720 384 5909 with any questions regarding sidewalk snow removal or HOA snow removal.

 

The Department of Public Works goal is to provide snow removal services to maximize safety and minimize winter travel hazards.
