Fellow homeowners,
As many of you are aware, because of the numerous candidate signs which have begun popping up in Erie and along the Metro district and Golf course property in Vista Ridge; Erie is holding a mail ballot election for Mayor and 3 Trustee positions along with other ballot issues. Ballots are being sent out to all Erie residents beginning March 19th, with the final day of the election being April 6, 2010. We as a Board want to encourage all of you to get informed about the candidates and their views and the ballot items and the potential impact they have on you and/or other Erie residents.
We as a Board have also been approached by some of you regarding the proposed expansion of Bonanza Drive to connect it with Vista Parkway. We as a Board are not taking any position on this issue and are instead encouraging you as homeowners to get informed and make your own indepent choice on this matter. To that end we want to encourage you to visit the following two (2) web sites with opposing views on this ballot issue:
