Colorado National Golf Club
No Trespassing Policy

The Vista Ridge Homeowners Association and Colorado National Golf Club want to continue to remind residents and their guests that the golf course property is not available for winter recreation. Considerable damage has been caused to the course from dogs, bikes, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and motorized vehicles.

Colorado National is private property and there are “No Trespassing” signs posted throughout the golf course. Golf course management will be pressing charges for anyone caught on the course, including cart paths, fairways, course rough and greens, creeks and ponds.

The Town of Erie has a number of trails and paths open to the public for year-round outdoor activities. In addition, a snow-sledding hill is again open on the south side of Mountain View and Primrose.

Please remember that it is a privilege to live near such a beautiful golf course. We should be good neighbors and respect each other’s property. With nearly 1,700 occupied homes in Vista Ridge, just a very small percentage of violators can significantly impact the frozen grass and course conditions.
